| LOS ANGELES –July 21, 2011 – Allied Risk Management announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Hensley & Associates Investigations, A California based full service investigation firm. Joe Hensley joins Allied Risk Management as executive director, consulting and investigations. Hensley will be a member of senior staff involved in the delivery and oversight of Allied Risk Management’s investigative division which performs due diligence and fraud investigations, personal protection and threat assessments, vulnerability and risk assessments and litigation support, internal controls, compliance and other sensitive corporate investigations.
Hensley is a former District Attorney investigator and has nearly 30 years of experience in both law enforcement and corporate investigations.
